For a team that wants a strong day together, or a single workshop to build a key skill or behaviour.

In person, online or hybrid. Tailored to your team and your goals.
Interactive and focused on one topic, with skills the team can use straight away.
Time to go deeper on an area with more space for practice and embed the skills.
Part skill-building, part time together as a team.
Every session is tailored. These are common starting points.
Hard conversations, and feedback that lands, both giving it and hearing it.
What neuroplasticity means for changing habits, and the thinking skills that make change easier to hold.
The shared habits that keep a team performing well through change, not just in the good weeks.
How a team's emotions shape what it does, and how to set that culture on purpose rather than by default.

Lasting change is a behaviour problem before it's a strategy problem.
Neuroscience informs practical ways to shift mindsets, create an environment to foster innovation and sustain positive behavioural change across teams. Successful, ongoing change is based on behaviour. Long-term behavioural change is based on neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to rewire and adapt to its environment and experiences.
This isn't pop psychology or "amygdala hijacking". With postgraduate qualifications in neuroscience and psychology, we leverage the latest insights from peer-reviewed research and translate them into actions specific to your team's goals.
Our workshops are ideal for leaders, managers and teams who want to strengthen communication, adaptability and high-performance mindsets in a rapidly changing world. We work across industries and tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of each team.
It depends on your goals, the location and the size of your team. Our founder, Amber Gladstone, is always involved and often facilitates, especially if the topic is related to neuroscience.
Some facilitators specialise in certain industries (e.g. media or not for profit), some have specific accreditations and some have certain expertise that is more suitable.

Workshops can be delivered in person, online or hybrid. In-person workshops are available across Australia and New Zealand. We can arrange a location if you don't have appropriate space on site.
Note that we typically limit online workshops to 2 hours to maximise engagement and learning.
We've delivered workshops for up to 100 people, with 90 people in the room and 10 online. The size of the workshop will change the delivery of some activities, and we'll usually have a second facilitator for larger groups or hybrid sessions.
A half or full day for your team, part skill-building and part time together. We build it from one or two of the topics above, shaped to what the team needs right now, and it doesn't imply anything is wrong with the team. A full day can also include presentation coaching for team members newer to presenting.
Common objectives and outcomes include:
We capture participant feedback at the end of all workshops. When delivered as part of a program, we also conduct anonymous surveys shaped around the program objectives.
Cost varies significantly depending on length, size, delivery and objectives. Book a complimentary intro call with Amber to see if our workshops and programs could be a good match for your organisation's objectives and budget.
Sessions are usually adapted to suit the organisation, team and industry. With notice, we can also design a bespoke session in one of our core areas:
If you need the change to last beyond the day, our team programs, Team Foundations and the Anchor Program, measure where the team starts and where it ends up, with practice and check-ins in between. For leaders, our coaching programs, Fast Start and Leadership Growth, offer one to one coaching over two to six months.
We've worked with more than 1,000 people across Australia, at a range of organisations.
