What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples include names, email addresses, phone numbers and other contact details.
We may also collect information you provide when completing assessments, surveys, program registrations or event participation forms, including responses relating to workplace experiences and professional development.

Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, phone, email, via our website, assessment platforms (such as Typeform or similar third-party tools), cookies, and from third parties where appropriate.

Assessment Data (JARSS and Similar Tools)
When you complete an assessment:

Individual responses will not be shared with your employer or third parties without your explicit consent.

In organisational programs, only aggregated and de-identified group-level insights may be shared.
Where assessment data is used for research purposes:

Participation in research components is voluntary and may require separate consent.
The JARSS Assessment is a professional development tool and is not a psychological or clinical diagnostic instrument.

Sensitive Information
Sensitive information under the Privacy Act includes health information and other protected categories.
We do not intentionally collect health information through assessments. If you voluntarily provide sensitive information, it will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act.
Third Parties
We may use third-party service providers (such as survey platforms, cloud storage providers and email services) to store or process Personal Information.
These providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure they maintain appropriate privacy and security standards.
