A "confident geek", with a passion for neuroscience, psychology, economics and of course coaching - all ways to more deeply understand human behaviour. A recovering perfectionist with an extensive background in digital strategy, analytics and Agile, I'm very familiar with the challenges of digital transformation and organisational change. As a coach, I partner with leaders to identify the internal narratives that drive behaviours & decisions, then consciously adapt that narrative – or create a new one. This creates a foundation for lasting change.
My coaching journey
As a leader at Westpac, my interest in coaching grew as the size of the teams I led increased. I needed to be more hands off, to more deeply understand what motivated each team member, to partner better with other leaders & teams across the business. My formal coaching journey began in 2021, with IECL. I gained global accreditation with ICF (ACC) in early 2023. I also gained certification as an Enterprise Agile Coach (ICP-ENT), to deepen my understanding of the systems and processes that underpin successful Agile teams.
I have coached at all levels: CEOs, Board Directors, Founders, individual contributors.
Roles
As a business owner, I'm very lucky to be able to invest a small amount of my time to voluntary roles at AWIA (Australian Web Industry Association) and the Google movement, I am Remarkable.

As the Founder & Lead Coach, I partner with other coaches and HR specialists to support healthy high performance for leaders and teams. We use coaching, training and assessments to create lasting positive change.
Non-Executive Director
Founded in 2002, AWIA is a leading association for Australian web industry professionals, empowering and celebrating amazing digital work. AWIA Directors plan events, create projects that further the industry, and liaise with industry, education and government.
