Desleigh White

Desleigh is a highly experienced workshop facilitator, organisational coach and people and culture practitioner who has worked across multiple industries and sectors during her career. These include pharmaceuticals (medical and R&D), health insurance, finance, for purpose, advocacy, FMCG and manufacturing.    

Desleigh is the founder of People Matter, a consultancy which leverages Desleigh's deep expertise in HR, coaching and workshop facilitation. Desleigh is passionate about working with organisations and their people to support growth, development and culture, and create a better world of work for their people. She is also passionate about harnessing the power of communication, leadership, culture, values, kindness and compassion to drive that.

A member of the International Coaching Federation and a certified professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Desleigh is also DISC accredited. Desleigh often uses the Emotional Culture Deck, especially in the areas of leadership development, change leadership and workplace culture.

Outside of work, Desleigh volunteers as a mentor for an at-risk young person with Aunties and Uncles.
