Victoria has a decades long career working in the film industry as an actor and filmmaker as well as in the public sector as a people and culture specialist. Her diverse experience allows her to approach coaching as a patient listener, using empathy and playfulness to create a supportive environment for her clients.

Victoria builds strong and trusted relationships to support individuals and teams actively work towards their goals, using a creative mindset and a solution focussed approach.

Victoria is a certified organisational coach, has a Graduate Certificate in Business, and is currently completing a Masters of Social & Organisational Leadership.
