Anchor is a structured program with custom elements designed for teams going through sustained change. We set a benchmark with you, design the program from team insights, and embed the changes before measuring again.
Fixed container, chosen contents.
A confidential survey using a validated instrument alongside the Brief Resilience Scale. Anonymous for each person, aggregated to the team. It does two jobs: it sets the baseline, and it decides which three workshops your team actually gets.
Three half days, based on the survey results. Fortnightly spot check-ins to support new team norms and routines. Optional coaching throughout with one of Progression's coaches.
Everyone sees the movement and plans the path forward.
There is a calculation running quietly in the background about whether the effort is still worth it. If the honest answer is “I can't tell”, the call tips. This is the piece that covers progress out of the things that didn't work, which is where the drift accelerates.
A surprising share of the roadblocks people complain about are not structural. They are standards the team agreed to once and quietly stopped enforcing. Cheap to fix, and almost nobody fixes them, because naming one feels like picking a fight.
Not control. People need to believe the effort changes something.
The words a team needs before it can name what is actually going on, rather than talking around it.
Every team faces different challenges and has different skills, so we use the survey to shape the program, and then measure what moves.
In job demands-resources terms, we focus on building job resources (agency, autonomy, support, cognitive skills) rather than reducing demands, which are business driven.
Progression works the behaviour layer of workplace change: individual practice and team norms together, measured before and after.
Send one person on a course and the team's habits pull them straight back. Shift the team's norms without building the individual practice and there is nothing underneath to hold them. Sixteen weeks rather than a day, with the team lead coached through the whole of it, is what makes a change outlast the last workshop.
Tell us what's drifting. We'll come back with a view, and a possible next step. That might be something simple you can try yourself, or it might be worth a chat.
