Fiona van Graan
Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer
I believe all of us blossom when we are heard, hear ourselves, and can see our value and purpose. I began coaching because I am passionate about facilitating real, practical, positive change in individuals, families, teams and businesses; and I run my own business because it gives me the flexibility for creative pursuits like painting and sculpting.
I began my career as a Business Psychologist and have 20 years’ experience in Coaching, Training, Consulting and Facilitation. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Executive Coach qualifications from Sydney University and Coach training organisations in the UK, as well as NLP Master Practitioner training. I have had the privilege of delivering leadership and management programmes for a wide range of organisations, including Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Barclays, BHP, The Commonwealth Bank and Australia Post, plus various charities, including several in Uganda; but mostly I do one-to-one coaching with C-Suite leaders.
Some of the things people work on with me are:
Finding purpose, meaning and satisfaction in their work and personal life
Clarifying and articulating their vision, priorities and goals
Articulating and sharing clear values with their teams
Developing positive culture
Managing relationships – both personal and professional
Managing stress and fear
Uncovering avenues for innovation and creativity.
