I’m passionate about supporting leaders to create healthy high performance for themselves and their teams. Over the last 20+ years, I've led multiple teams through significant cultural and technological change while managing performance to C-level, with extensive experience across leadership, marketing (17 years) digital and agile (13 years). My corporate experience spans Westpac, Suncorp, Big W and Virgin Mobile.
In 2021 I left my corporate role to start Progression. We partner with leaders to build and sustain healthy high performance, for individuals and teams. In 2022, Margaret Haarhoff and I founded burn brightly. We use scientific assessments and a systemic approach to reduce the risk of burnout. Both Progression and burn brightly use the latest learnings from neuroscience and psychology to improve workplace wellbeing.
So why do I do this? In a rapidly changing, uncertain world, the pressure on organisations, leaders and employees is immense and often unrelenting. It’s harder to create healthy, high performance work environments. It’s also more important. Because it’s only in these types of environments that we can make the best decisions possible for an organisation and its customers.
